Update on CHDA Working Arrangement (Covid19)_Level4

In line with President Cyril Ramaphosa's media briefing on measures to manage the COVID-19 virus, CHDA will be phasing in the return to normal working arrangements in line with Level4 restrictions as follows:

OFFICE HOURS: 09:00 - 14:00 WEEKDAYS (Mon-Fri)

All visitors to practice the social distancing requirements, as well as wear a safety mask at all times.  All visitors entering the premises, as well as staff, will have their temperature assessed prior to being granted access into the premises. This is to protect our staff and the visitors alike.

The agency will be keeping minimal staff on site, and rotating the team to ensure continued operations and minimal disruption in service delivery.  All our staff will be provided with safety training, as well as safety gear onsite, to protect them, as well as our visitors and the public.

The agency has engaged service providers to assist in sanitising the premises, and in ensuring that hand sanitizer is available at all times, in readiness to resuming the phasing in of agency operations in the month of May 2020.

Due to the virus and related precautionary measures, all events, and face - to - face meetings will still be replaced by email and telephone communications as far as possible
