RFQ 009-2018/19

Quotations are hereby requested for the Provisioning of Security Services at Chris Hani Development Agency

According to the specification below:

Twelve (12) months Security Services Contract
The Security Services provider and the Security Guards must be registered with the Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSIRA)
Grade C Security Guard Services for all night shifts
Grade D Security Guard Services for all Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays
Any other extra Security Guard Services as and when required at additional costs which are in line with the contract services rates, e.g. During office shut down periods
Security Guards to provide access control services to the Chris Hani Development Agency (CHDA) Offices Premises
Security Guards to safe guard the CHDA Offices assets and personnel against any trespassers
Security Guards to urgently report any criminal activities to the SAPS and to the client (CHDA)
Security Guards to be able to cooperate with other third parties, e.g. The Alarm System Monitoring Service Provider, SAPS or any other authorised contractors
Security Guards must be properly identifiable in suitable uniform gear
The Security Services provider must provide the Security Guards with own communication gadgets and with any other necessary equipment or personal protective equipment
The Security Services provider must submit monthly reports and any other special important incidents reports within 48 hours of those concerning incidents to the client
The Security Services provider must always ensure that the Security Guards are always available on site during all the night shifts, on all Saturdays, on all Sundays, during all Public Holidays and whenever other additional guarding services are required.

The closing date and time for the submission of quotations is Thursday, 15 November 2018 at 12HOO.

Suppliers must take particular note of the following:

Submit a copy of the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration summary report (If it was never submitted before)
Service providers should also complete & submit the MBD 4 form to declare the interest of the Directors of the Company (If the MBD 4 Form was never submitted with the Supplier Database forms)
Submit the valid B-BBEE certificate (If it was never submitted before)
Submit a valid original Tax Clearance Certificate (If it was never submitted before)
If a supplier is not a VAT vendor, VAT must not be included, otherwise all the prices must include VAT.
