RFP 014/2019-20

Proposals are hereby requested for the training of Waste Cooperatives on waste collection, sorting, transportation, packaging, disposal and Business information management for recycling purposes

(According to the following terms of reference/specification):

The training content, training material for training of Waste Cooperatives on waste collection, sorting, transportation, packaging, disposal and Business information management for recycling purposes
Be able to conduct training in both isiXhosa and English which are predominant languages of the participants.
To provide the training schedule of 5 days on the targeted areas
To provide one original document of each of the training materials to be used 5 days prior the training date for CHDA to make copies for the participants.
Will utilise venue/s arranged by the CHDA which will be in Komani Town.
Number of participants = 50
Required to make presentation of the proposal at CHDA offices at his own expenses at the date to be communicated by CHDA.

Training expectations = Training facilitation; Certificates of training completion

Suppliers must take particular note of the following:

COMPULSORY SUBMISSION DOCUMENTS, EVEN IF THEY WERE SUBMITTED BEFORE;

The business profile with a minimum of three contactable references must be submitted.
The copy of the company’s CIPC / CK registration document must be submitted
Training Service Providers to provide the proof of their accreditation and / or of their facilitator(s)’ accreditation / registration with the LG SETA
Proposed Methodology
CV’s of the Facilitator(s) with certified copies of qualifications
Proposals must clearly indicate the services pricing rates /
Submit a copy of the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration summary report
Service providers should also complete & submit the MBD 4 form to declare the interest of the Directors of the Company
Submit copy of a valid B-BBEE certificate or of a B-BBEE Sworn Affidavit
Submit a valid Tax Clearance Certificate /Pin
If a supplier is not a VAT vendor, VAT must not be included, otherwise all the prices must include VAT.
