REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

Quotations are hereby requested for PREPARATION OF GRAP COMPLIANT DRAFT ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR 2019/20 FINANCIAL YEAR (According to the following terms of reference/specification):

CaseWare set-up, account mapping, Annual Financial Statements adjustments and complete audit evidence and well prepared audit file in line with the National Treasury guidelines.
The preparation of Chris Hani Development Agency’s GRAP compliant Annual Financial Statements in line with the requirements of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles using CaseWare Software.
Skills transfer to key employees within the Agency who will be seconded to the project
Prospective Service Provider (PSP) must be available to work on site (Chris Hani Development Agency’s offices) for at least to a maximum of 40 hrs to provide draft annual financial statement to be presented to the Board of Directors.
The estimate to be provided by the PSP should exclude travel and accommodation costs as the Agency will make necessary logistics arrangements
Prospective Service Provider (PSP) must demonstrate specific experience in providing the services required by Chris Hani Development Agency with regards to AFS preparation in order for their quotations to be considered.
Furthermore, PSPs must demonstrate that they have a proven track record in compiling AFS/FAR for municipalities / municipal entities or any other similar organisation in local government by providing at least two reference letters to substantiate experience in order for their quotations to be considered.
A company profile including CV’s of those agents delegated by the PSP to prepare draft AFS accompanied by proof of relevant qualifications and a reference or support letter indicating that the consultant has a proven record of working with CaseWare Software/ Systems in order for their quotations to be considered.

Suppliers must take particular note of the following:

COMPULSORY SUBMISSION DOCUMENTS, EVEN IF THEY WERE SUBMITTED BEFORE;
Submit a copy of the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration summary report
Service providers should also complete & submit the MBD 4 form to declare the interest of the Directors of the Company
Submit the valid B-BBEE certificate
Submit a valid Tax Clearance Certificate /Pin
If a supplier is not a VAT vendor, VAT must not be included, otherwise all the prices must include VAT.
