REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

Quotations are hereby requested for the Supply and installation of Industrial Door and Steel Doors at Qamata Mechanisation Centre

According to specification below:

  • 1x Industrial roller shutter door with gear operated or push up/pull down locks, approximately 5 Metres.
  • 2x Zinc /steel doors (normal door size)
  • NB: Compulsory site inspection to be held on the 24th of March 2021 @11AM at Qamata Mechanisation which is 60 km from Komani and 15 km from Cofimvaba.

 The closing date and time for the submission of quotations is Wednesday, 31 March 2021 @12hoo

Suppliers must take particular note of the following:

  • COMPULSORY SUBMISSION DOCUMENTS, EVEN IF THEY WERE SUBMITTED BEFORE;
  • Submit a copy of the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration summary report.
  • Proof of registration on CIDB 1GB must be provided.
  • Service providers should also complete & submit the MBD 4 form to declare the interest of the Directors of the Company.
  • Written commitment that the required service will be rendered within 7 days after appointment date must be provided.
  • Submit the valid B-BBEE certificate
  • Submit a valid Tax Clearance Certificate /Pin
  • If a supplier is not a VAT vendor, VAT must not be included, otherwise all the prices must include VAT.

Evaluation criteria (Only applicable to quotations equal to/ above R 30 000.00)

  • This is an 80/20 preference points system quotation
  • Price is allocated up to 80 points
  • B-BBEE is allocated up to 20 points
