REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

Quotations are hereby requested for the supply and connection of cables at Komani Industrial – former seating factories.

According to specification below:

To supply and connect 22kv cable on the line and across the road to the nearby mini substation.
The length of the cable must be 25metres.
The contractor must provide and do two terminations for the line side and mini substation side (mini sub-4)
On the line side, there must be a cross arm and links and surge arrestor for protection.
NB: Compulsory site inspection to be held on the 31^st of March 2021 @13:H00 at Komani Industrial – former seating factories.

Suppliers must take particular note of the following:

COMPULSORY SUBMISSION DOCUMENTS, EVEN IF THEY WERE SUBMITTED BEFORE;
Submit a copy of the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration summary report.
Proof of registration on CIDB grade 1EP must be provided.
Written commitment that the required services will be rendered within 7 days must be provided.
Service providers should also complete & submit the MBD 4 form to declare the interest of the Directors of the Company.
Written commitment that the required service will be rendered within 7 days after appointment date must be provided.
Submit the valid B-BBEE certificate
Submit a valid Tax Clearance Certificate /Pin
If a supplier is not a VAT vendor, VAT must not be included, otherwise all the prices must include VAT.
