REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

Quotations are hereby requested for the APPOINTMENT OF ASSESSOR FOR AGRICULTURAL EQUIPMENT ASSET VALUATION SERVICES

According to specification below:

Review current asset register of the CHDA’s assets held at the Qamata Mechanisation Center which is 60 km from Komani and 15 km from Cofimvaba.
Assess existing assets currently not included in the asset register and thus not valued and advise on current market / fair values as assets being used daily in operations to generate revenue.
Assess existing assets currently valued at nil / scrap and advise on current market / fair values as assets being used daily in operations to generate revenue.
Assess existing assets marked for disposal, and advise on usability, and on current market / fair value.
Develop a valuation report to be utilised in updating the asset register before end June 2021.

Proposals/quotations must be emailed to kwanele@chda.org.za

Suppliers must take particular note of the following:

COMPULSORY SUBMISSION DOCUMENTS, EVEN IF THEY WERE SUBMITTED BEFORE;
Submit a copy of the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration summary report.
Service providers should also complete & submit the MBD 4 form to declare the interest of the Directors of the Company.
Submit the valid B-BBEE certificate
Submit a valid Tax Clearance Certificate /Pin
If a supplier is not a VAT vendor, VAT must not be included, otherwise all the prices must include VAT.

Evaluation criteria (Only applicable to quotations equal to/ above R 30 000.00)
