REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

Quotations are hereby requested for the Provision of Rental valuation Services for Kamani Industrial Park

According to specification/TOR below:

Identify and confirm vacant sites
Determine the sizes of the vacant sites
Recommendation of property rental rates and compare these with those of the EMLM
Comparison of the new evaluation data with the EMLM valuation roll
Recommendation of properties rental rates from 2020- 2025
Presentation of proposal of rentals for consensus on the final report
Recommended project timelines are 2 months

The closing date and time for the submission of quotations is Thursday, 24 June 2021 @12hoo

Suppliers must take particular note of the following:

COMPULSORY SUBMISSION DOCUMENTS, EVEN IF THEY WERE SUBMITTED BEFORE;
A professional valuar with 3 years’ experience
Evaluator certificate and must be registered with South African Council for the Property Valuers Profession (SACPVP)
Recent appointment letters of at least two similar projects.
Submit a copy of the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration summary report.
Service providers should also complete & submit the MBD 4 form to declare the interest of the Directors of the Company.
Submit the valid B-BBEE certificate
Submit a valid Tax Clearance Certificate /Pin
If a supplier is not a VAT vendor, VAT must not be included, otherwise all the prices must include VAT.
