REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

Quotations are hereby requested for Supply and Installation of Cables at Komani Industrial Park - Go-Green Roto Plastic moulding (erf no 2037) as per the specification below:

22KV cable X 8m

22KV cable joint-kit X 2

Compulsory Site Clarification meeting date: 21^st /02/2022 at 11H00 (no service provider will be allowed to attend compulsory site clarification meeting after 11:15)

Venue: Go-Green Roto Plastic moulding (erf no 2044).

The required CIDB grading will be 1EP or higher

Suppliers must take particular note of the following:

COMPULSORY SUBMISSION DOCUMENTS, EVEN IF THEY WERE SUBMITTED BEFORE;
Submit a copy of the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration summary report
Service providers should also complete & submit the MBD 4 form to declare the interest of the Directors of the Company
Submit the valid B-BBEE certificate
Submit a valid Tax Clearance Certificate /Pin
If a supplier is not a VAT vendor, VAT must not be included, otherwise all the prices must include VAT.
