Quotations are hereby requested for the supply and delivery of oil

According to specification/TOR below:

The required material to be delivered to Qamata Mechanisation Centre which is 64kM away from Queenstown along R61 and 15 KM from Cofimvaba towards Queenstown.

The closing date and time for the submission of quotations is Friday, 22 July 2022 @12hoo

Suppliers must take particular note of the following:

COMPULSORY SUBMISSION DOCUMENTS, EVEN IF THEY WERE SUBMITTED BEFORE;
Written commitment of delivery within 07 working days from the date of issue of purchase order must be provided
Submit a copy of the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration summary report.
Service providers should also complete & submit the MBD 4 form to declare the interest of the Directors of the Company.
Submit the valid B-BBEE certificate
Submit a valid Tax Clearance Certificate /Pin
If a supplier is not a VAT vendor, VAT must not be included, otherwise all the prices must include VAT.
